DELIVERY - UPDATE as of 10th November 2021

Due to unprecedented increases in carrier costs that we have tried to absorb we have made the difficult decision to increase our next day delivery cost.

We have done our best to ensure this is a low-cost option but we are now unable to absorb the cost.

There have been some delivery issues reported by carriers as a result of the driver shortage. This has had a very minimal impact on our deliveries but I would ask that you please allow for the possibility of a slight delay until this is rectified.

There is no current impact or delay on the dispatch of orders from our warehouses.

Some carriers have amended their delivery process as a result of the pandemic and this is ongoing. A photograph of the parcel being delivered may now replace a signature on delivery. This varies from carrier to carrier.
